Kulara Karfa

Position: General
Responsibilities: The General of the Military oversees all tactical expeditions and coordinates troop placement and missions. His authority is almost supreme, and only in very rare cases does he need to the Grand Council with his decisions. Furthermore, in times of invasion or great civil disorder, Felthespar may be placed into a state of martial law, in which all legislative authority is handed over to the General, so that he can properly coordinate the city's protection. He presides of the Military Council meetings in much the same was as the Lord Councilor.

Position: Lord of House Saelen
Responsibilities: The Lord of Saelen has distinct authority over any military troops who are of the house Saelen. He represents the vote of the Saelen Council in important decisions, and then relays those decisions and other mandates to the Saelen ranks.

Position: Councilor to Saelen
Responsibilities: Also represents the vote of the Saelen Council in Military Council votes.

Karice Contel

Position: Lord of Aithr
Responsibilities: The Lord of Aithr has distinct authority over any military troops who are of the House Aithr. She represents the vote of the Aithr Council in important decisions, and then relays those decisions and other mandates to the Aithr ranks.
