The continent of Arkalen boasts some of Morolia's most aggressive and powerful demonspawn. In years past, an elite, if ragtag, fighting force called the Devilslayers emerged to keep the population safe from the ravages of the dangerous species. After the fall of Magus, recruitment reached a peak as the Devilslayers attempted to wipe out what remained of the Gehennite army, and more and more magic techniques began to be used. Roughly 20 years after the fall of Magus, the Pack Council decided to close the ranks of the Devilslayers and return to only accepting the most elite to their cause, but by then their techniques had spread as far north as Itrius, and many demon hunters risked their lives to make a name for themselves.
