Lord Vesovius Emle

Bio: Lord Vesovius Emle, known to scholars as Vesovius XIV, is the political ruler of all Felthespar. In actuality, his authority is trumped by the Knighthood Grand Council, and he has no jurisdiction outside the Dictus. But he is the figurehead of the Knighthood, and is supported by all. Vesovius is not his real name, but one he assumed when given the positon of Lord of Felthespar. He is a man in love with his country, and will do anything he can to better it and its people. Unlike many who held this position before him, he has no problem with his limited authority, and has no real desire to hold a higher position. In his eyes, he is most qualified to run the Dictus, and would have little idea what to do with the other divisions even if he held power in them. Because of this, he dedicates his time to becoming a better Lord. He is a friend to most of the Grand Councilors, but he never tries to use it for political leverage.
